Please plan to arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment time so that you can complete the registration forms. To ensure your pet’s safety, a carrier or leash should be used. Your pet’s medical records can be faxed to us before your appointment so that we have a complete medical history on file. This is especially important if your pet has been ill, is on medication or has any long-term health concerns.
